Submission of a property does not guarantee any particular outcome, recommendation, or level of service.

Any analysis, recommendation, cash flow estimate, or other information provided by DealSupport.io is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, a guarantee of investment returns, or a recommendation to purchase any specific property. You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk and that DealSupport.io is not responsible for investment outcomes. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (ii) one hundred dollars ($100).
